A certified technician documents the system front to back, then provides a digital, itemized report so the next steps are clear. What gets checked:

With every pad install, you should replace or resurface your rotors to ensure safe, even braking.

- Replace rotors for the best braking performance and a fresh braking surface.
- Resurface rotors if they meet thickness specifications and are free of damage.
Brake and Tire Check still resurfaces rotors when it’s the safe, cost-effective choice and replaces them when specs or damage say so. Not every shop offers this, but we do.

Platform-aware service

How do I know if I need brake repair?
Squeaking or grinding, steering wheel shake while braking, longer stops, a soft pedal, or warning lights are all common signs. We’ll check it all so start with a free inspection.

Can my brake rotors be resurfaced instead of replaced?
We typically recommend replacing rotors as part of a complete brake repair because they provide the best braking performance, reduce the likelihood of vibration and noise, and give your new brake pads the best surface to perform as designed.
If you’d like to explore resurfacing, we’ll measure your existing rotors and let you know if they’re within manufacturer specifications and safe to resurface. If they are, resurfacing could save you some money. Unlike many shops, we’re proud to still offer rotor resurfacing when it’s appropriate.

How much does brake service cost?
It depends on what you need. Our online estimator will give you a starting point, and a free inspection helps determine exactly what’s needed, so you only pay for the parts and services your vehicle requires.
Our labor rate is $120 per hour on all mechanical services. Our scale, specialization, and decades of experience allow us to provide real value for Texas drivers.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes! We offer Synchrony Car Care with special financing on qualifying repairs:
- Under $199 – Standard credit card terms (pay in full within 25 days to avoid interest)
- $199 – $749.99 – 6 months, no interest if paid in full
- $750+ – 12 months, no interest if paid in full
We will also work with you to develop a Service Plan that aligns with your timeline and budget.

Yes. All our brake pads come with a Lifetime Warranty. Replace them with us once and never buy brake pads again for as long as you own your vehicle. When it’s time for a replacement, your brake pads are covered under the warranty. You’ll just pay for the labor to install them.

There is no need! We buy our pads directly from great suppliers which means you get the same, but usually better pricing, than the automotive retail stores. Plus, our pads come with a Lifetime Warranty and peace of mind that we’re installing the right part for your vehicle.
