A certified technician documents the system front to back, then provides a digital, itemized report so the next steps are clear. What gets checked:

  • Brake pads/shoes (thickness, wear pattern)
  • Rotors/drums (runout, scoring, minimum thickness)
  • Hardware (clips and springs)
  • Calipers (slides, piston operation, leaks)
  • Brake fluid (condition, moisture)
  • Brake lines & hoses (rust, abrasion, seepage)
  • Master cylinder & power booster (assist and pedal feel)
  • ABS/ESC (warning lights, basic diagnostics)

With every pad install, you should resurface or replace your rotors to ensure safe, even braking.

Quick guide:

  • Resurface rotors when wear is light and they meet thickness guidelines (often the budget-friendly option).
  • Replace rotors if they’re warped, cracked, or below spec for safe braking

Brake and Tire Check still resurfaces rotors when it’s the safe, cost-effective choice and replaces them when specs or damage say so. Not every shop measures, but we do

save hundreds when you resurface rotors instead of replacing them.

A certified technician documents the system front to back, then provides a digital, itemized report so the next steps are clear. What gets checked:

  • Pads & shoes — OE-fitment friction material with Lifetime Pads Warranty.
  • Rotors & drums — measured, resurfaced (when safe) or replaced as needed.
  • Caliper service — including cleaning and lubrication, slide pin service, and replacement when sticking, leaking, or experiencing uneven wear.
  • Brake lines & hoses — inspection and replacement for leaks, corrosion, or bulging.
  • Brake fluid bleed & flush — restores pedal feel and helps protect internal components.
  • ABS repair & diagnostics — scan, test, and replace components as needed; electronics covered per manufacturer warranties.

Brake and Tire Check services European brake systems, including pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines/hoses, fluid service, and ABS diagnostics, starting with a complimentary, ~30-minute inspection and a clear, itemized report.

Direct-imported parts, OE fit and finish.

We stock direct-imported brake components engineered to meet or exceed OE design and quality, so European models get the right friction material and rotor specs without dealer pricing. Many drivers see savings of up to 50% or more vs the dealer.

Platform-aware service

European platforms often use low-dust ceramic pads, coated rotors, electronic wear sensors, and electronic parking brakes (EPB). Techs inspect and service these components, reset wear indicators, and perform test drives to confirm pedal feel and stability control operation. (Includes BMW, Audi, and VW systems.)

Common European makes we service: BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, plus Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and MINI, backed by the same transparent, no-pressure process used on every brake job.

(Ask about Porsche and other performance models.)

  • How do I know if I need brake repair?

Squeaking or grinding, steering wheel shake while braking, longer stops, a soft pedal, or warning lights are all common signs. We’ll check it all so start with a free inspection.

  • Can I resurface rotors instead of replacing them?

Yes—if they’re still within safe thickness limits. We’ll measure and show you the difference.

  • What’s included in your brake inspection?

Brake pads, rotors, fluid, calipers, and more—at no cost and no pressure.

  • How much does brake service cost?

It depends on what you need. Our online estimator will give you a starting point and a free inspection will outline what’s needed for your vehicle, on a part‑by‑part basis, so you don’t buy anything that’s not right for you. You only pay for what you need.

  • Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes! We offer Synchrony Car Care with special financing on qualifying repairs:

    • Under $199 – Standard credit card terms (pay in full within 25 days to avoid interest)
    • $199 – $749.99 – 6 months, no interest if paid in full
    • $750+ – 12 months, no interest if paid in full

We will also work with you to develop a Service Plan that aligns with your timeline and budget.

  • Do you offer a Lifetime Warranty, and what exactly is that?

Yes! Our Lifetime Warranty means you pay for brake pads, shoes or hardware once and never pay for that part again, for as long as you own your vehicle.

When it’s time to replace the part, come see us! You will only pay a small labor fee—the charge for us to change out the part.

  • Can I bring my own parts?

There is no need! We buy our pads directly from great suppliers which means you get the same, but usually better pricing, than the automotive retail stores. Plus, our pads come with a Lifetime Warranty and peace of mind that we’re installing the right part for your vehicle.
