I bought new tires for our daughter's 2024 minivan as a birthday present. We also asked for an alignment and warranty for the tires. The old OEM tires had 34k on them and were close to their end of safe use, in my opinion. Could we have waited? Sure, but tires are nothing to skimp on since it is my grandchildren who would pay for it. This service center was responsive to my request for getting Michelin brand tires within a day. We dropped the van off in the morning and it was done around closing. The place was clean, the building was new, and the staff were friendly. These tires where not cheap but I got an $80 manufacturer rebate. I also got a free oil change for shopping there. All in all I had a great experience except l had to wait for the alignment to be done when I got there to pick it up. Otherwise, I would have given it a higher rating.
